I have the Halo 2 computer game and I play it on my brother's computer but I would like to play it on my computer. The problem is that Halo 2 is for windows vista and not windows xp. Does anyone know a way to install it on my Xp computer?Do any of you smart computer guys know how to put Halo 2 the computer game for windows vista on windows Xp?
Ya just buy vista or win7. there might be a way to get it to work on xp but that might be a little crazy to do. If you install it, it should work fine. It's only some games that wont work and that is generally fixed by switching compatibility. If when you install it, it wont work try this...
Right-Click the shortcut on the desktop for Halo 2, go to properties, goto the compatibility tab, then where it says 'Run this program in compatibility for:' select 'Windows XP (Service Pack 2)', then press ok. Try running the game and it should work, if not then you can try asking on the Bungie.net website.
