Yes, the vast majority of the time if it says it will work on Vista it will work on Windows 7. And many Windows XP compatible things will as well. There are a few games that have issues -- often related to online play -- but there are usually workarounds people figure out, or else the manufacturer releases a fix.

Yup, for about 95% of the titles out there. Exceptions are mainly the oldest titles that were designed for Windows XP. If it says XP/Vista, it should work fine.
Probably not. You could go to the website for the game however and ask their support team. There's a feature in Windows Vista that allows you to run programs in a "compatibility mode" perhaps Windows 7 also has it. I don't have any experience with that OS though. just because most of the vista games is compatible with windows 7 .
but there is also some exception .
install is one thing ,but fluent gaming is another . the video card , memory , cpu, and bandwidth of your network is also important factors to games.
it should work on 7 if it's work on vista,but u have to make sure ur bro's com meet the game's requirement also
