It depends how deep seated the scratches are if they are just small scratches tooth past can work if they are deep scratches you will need to take it some where to get the scratches removed.

You can't remove them, however you can fill them in so that the disc is playable. Take a soft rag and spray it with furniture polish (like pledge) rub it into the cd and then wipe off the excess with a clean rag. Ok I might sound like a weirdo ( Even tho I am a weirdo) Put tooth paste on it not the kind with those rough things in it like smooth toothpaste. Leave it for a few minuets and ta da if your game wasn't to bad scratched up it should at least help. ( remember wash the toothpaste off gently with water.)
