A good computer game with moral concept?

Hi guys, can anyone tell me a good computer game from this last decade (2000-2009) or from this year that heavily involves RPG and has a morale system that really changes the plot/storyline. I've played Fable and KOTOR, but those already had a story line. I am looking for a game that changes based on your decisions.A good computer game with moral concept?

In Chrono Trigger, you get judged part-way through on every moral decision you pretty much make. The original was from the 90s but it was ported to the DS in this decade, so I guess it counts. If you like RPGs and moral decisions, then I can't reccommend it highly enough.
