What is the name of the classic computer game?

I remember a computer game (i think it came standard on PC's back with windows 95) where you were a little man that moved blocks around strategically. I don't remember what the point/object of the game was, but I do remember some colored dots that you could step into and it would move you to a different part of the board. Anyone remember this game?
