How do you make a copy of a dvd disc computer game?

Hey everyone,

I was just wondering how you take a dvd disc of a computer game, and then make a copy of it. I would like to know this so I could make backup copies of my highly expensive computer games, and absolute games.

I would like it if you could list a program that can do this that will do the job.

Thanks. How do you make a copy of a dvd disc computer game?
I believe that you need to make an image of the cd/dvd (iso) then burn that image onto a blank
When you buy a game you are actually buying a license to use it. If the media it was supplied on (usually a CD/DVD) becomes damaged/unuseable, the publisher will usually replace it for a small fee - so don't worry :)

Remember - the license agreement also states that you are NOT to make duplicates of the disk it was supplied on, and there's usually copy protection on the disk as well.

Of course, there are programs that can circumvent this protection, but as a legitimate user, you won't need to use them.

Also - be advised that by installing some of these duplication programs - certain games will refuse to run as they will detect themHow do you make a copy of a dvd disc computer game?

Most games nowadays have some sort of copy protection to prevent you from copying them directly. Most of the copied discs will not work unless you find some sort of crack for them.
