Computer game?

When I put my computer game in, It comes up and say "This game has encountered a problem and needs to shut down". What should I do to get it working?Computer game?
check that the cd is clean from dirt. wipe it with a damp cloth if not. good luck.Computer game?
Try shutting down any firewall and also see if your computer is compatible. And if both won't work than you should delete and reinstall or redownload that game.Computer game?
It seeems that your game files have got corrupted by some improper shutdown of the computer while the game was running.

To resolve it check the cd for any scratches or simply first uninstall the game and then install again.(do not choose repair in the game setup even if there is an option to do so).

That should be fine.But even if that does't seems to work check if you installed some new versions of some audio or video drivers(if the game develped the fault after that ), try reverting back to the old drivers.

If alll of these fail simply contact he Helpline of the game developer company(which you can find on the jewel case of the cd rom or in the help file of tjhe game.)
