How easy is it to design a computer game without computer experise?

I don't have the computer skills to design a computer game, but if I wanted to create a basic one, all I would have to do is hire a few people, right? How easy is it to design a computer game without computer experise?
Hiring people to write games for you should be easy. New wanna be game programmers show up here almost every day. There are a ton young adults out there that would love to work for you.

Managing those new hires, getting them to actually produce work for you (instead of playing games all day ;), and keeping them focused on the objective? That might take a bit more work and skill. So make sure at least one of the people you hire is an experience project manager. Or you will fail. How easy is it to design a computer game without computer experise?
Depends how basic you mean.

Space Invaders?

Nobody at all. I've made it all by myself.

Try Stencyl or Scratch. Within a week or so you should know how to program a simple game that works smoothly. Heck, with enough time, commercial games are a viable option. Programming is not nearly as intimidating as you'd think, at least in the 2D world. So here's a couple resources for you to check out, depending on your interest -

http://scratch.mit.edu/ - User friendly, looks juvenile, but is quite powerful.

http://www.stencyl.com/ - Examples on the site are not that awesome. Be sure to check the engine out, though, it's quite powerful, and capable of handling HD graphics.

http://unity3d.com/ - Fairly powerful engine, 3D.

http://www.blender.org/ - Not very user friendly, but very powerful, and excellent when used correctly.

Best of luck,

In principle, you can do it that way.

In practice, the best and most successful game designers probably have a substantial understanding of programming and computer science in order to have a good sense of perspective on the challenges faced during implementation. The designers and programmers need to do a lot of work in parallel, and if either one doesn't understand the other well enough, things tend to get ugly.
a few???? 15 people worked on Angry Birds. What kind of game you have in mind?
