Who does this voice on the Harry Potter computer game?

I have the HP and the Prisoner of Azkaban computer game and I thought that Peeve's laugh sounds a lot like actor Ricky Gervais. Does he do the voice?Who does this voice on the Harry Potter computer game?
Nope, I'm pretty sure he doesn't. Before Peeves was cut from the first HP movie's script, actor Rik Mayall was cast as Peeves. However, I am unsure who does the voice in the computer game. If Gervais did do it, he's uncredited and that's why I can't find it.
